Description |
DJ-101 Single Phase Automatic Electricity Meter Standard Equipment is a kind of intelligent full automatic meter calibrator which adopts latest technology in electronic field. Besides its unique design, nice appearance and simple operation, the device can be used as linking with other PCs and it also can perform manual detection individually.
The device is electric program-controlled. Adopting large scale programmable logic circuit and digital frequency synthesis technology, it can generate high precision standard sine wave signal by combining new type D/A conversion equipment. With high fidelity and higher power than redundant power supply, the power amplifier can generate high steady and high quality voltage and current resource. It can shift current measuring range automatically. Amplitude ascent and descent, phase shift and frequency modulation can be done with keyboard. It can set automatic test points, ascend, descend and test current and voltage. Output voltage, current and phase can be detected automatically and displayed. With above virtues, the equipment can be operated simply, fast and exactly. It can check meter automatically by connecting to PC. Special calibration software, which is easy to operate and master, is compatible with various network.

(1) It has multi-protection system & acoustic and optical alarm function. High efficiency tracking power supply and large-scale integrated circuit make the device more reliable.
(2) The device is light and convenient. Standard voltage & current transformers are unnecessary to be equipped because the device is a multi-function standard meter with wide measuring range.
(3) Manual checking is more convenient. Equipped with individual keyboard and shortcut button, the device can display phase characters of all kind of meters as manual checking.
(4) Can be connected with PC. The special interface of meter-calibration software is (kind) user-friendly and the setting is simple and visual. Calibration points can be increased and set manually. Data can be stored, printed and connected with network.
(5) Harmonic of voltage and current can be added 2 to 21 times separately. Phase and amplitude of harmonic can be set separately.
(6) With 485communication port, it is convenient to read and change the data of multi-function meter.
(7) With switch function of 485communication port, it can read and set communication address of every meter slot automatically. (Optional)
(8) The device has general test function. Test items, such as A.P. electric energy and daily timing error, can be finished automatically by connecting terminal wires of measured meter with special connecting bar/clamp. (Optional)
(9) Test start-up, shunt running, basic error and standard deviation of watt-hour meter automatically according to regulation requirements.
(10) Current output has wide range, which is from 0 to 100A. It is convenient to test watt-hour meter of large current.
(11) It can perform frequency, harmonic and other effect tests to watt-hour meter.
(12) It can calibrate watt-hour meter with different constant and has the function of constant calibration.
(13) With special wire-connecting box, the equipment has automatic connecting function for open circuit. (Optional)
(14) With automatic collection function of mechanical meter black spot, it is convenient for test of no-load condition and start-up. (Optional)
(15) Adopting special optic collector, it can collect mechanic meter black spot automatically and has the function of light-on signal of meter LED. The head of optic collector can be rotated automatically, so it is convenient to remove and install the meter. (Optional)
(16) Adopting special pulse sampling interface & high voltage isolated circuit it can prevent wrong switch-in of high voltage. Different pulse input voltage is compatible. It has the function of wave-shaping sampling pulse. (Optional)
(17) Perform meter-running test according to kWh, time or pulse.
(18) It can measure real-time parameters, such as power, voltage, current, phase, power factor, frequency etc.
(19) Support various bar codes input
(20) The communication protocol complies with all stipulations of DL/T645-1997 and IEC1107, and the corresponding rules can be changed as the requirements of users.
